Most support agents know nothing about the game they are helping you with. Mine did. You see when you speak to a support agent in most they usually take you to the booster and don’t really help a lot when you ask them but mine did a lot. He knew a lot about outlast trials and I wanted to say I am grateful for this company. They were super helpful. Thanks guys
