Scam
I carefully selected a newborn reborn baby doll from the images on their website that I thought my daughter would love after reading glowing reviews on THEIR website. I ordered a few extra accessories to go with the doll and spent over $100. The doll that came to my home looks nothing like the doll that I chose. The clothing is decent but the plastic on the accessories is cheap as well. I wrote to their customer service team who did respond promptly and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures from the website of the doll I ordered and the pictures of the doll I received. They said “variations are normal since these are handmade creations” and this WAS the doll that I ordered. I assure you it is nothing like the doll in the picture. The doll on the website looks like a real live baby. I received a doll I could purchase at a local store for $15. I wanted to return or exchange this for a different doll, one that looked like it may be worth closer to a hundred bucks. The e-mails went back and forth a few times with them asking if I would accept a 10% discount. What a slap in the face. I felt writing these emails was more of a waste of my time than anything. They’ve already screwed me over once. At least I’ll try to get the word out to spare another person their hard earned cash. Buy elsewhere. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
