Minooy’s response to my 1-star review was to infer that I had purchased the bag from a “knock-off” online reseller and that should be more cautious. I purchased it directly from the Minooy website, and I waited a considerable amount of time to receive it. Immediately after posting my review, I received an email from the company offering me $30 to keep the bag as is, or to let them know if I wanted instructions how to return it for a new bag. I say it again: Caveat Emptor.
The handbag I received was very poorly sewn, creating problems with the zippers and making the handbag appear misshapen. I took photos and submitted my feedback to Customer Support, and the company has never responded. The cost of the handbag was over $100 which, in today’s world, is not all that expensive for any handbag. Nonetheless, this company boasts excessively about the quality of its products. The boast is without merit. Keep this in mind if you decide to order from this company.
