Took my money and NO GLASSES!!!!
I ordered my prescription glasses single vision on February 8th, 2024. They were sent to processing on the 11th. They said they were being processed on the 15th. It is now the 18th and no updates, still says processing! It has been over a week, money has already been taken out of my account, and I can't get them to answer ANY of my emails! I either want the glasses or my money back!!!! Horrible customer service and according to their processing, shipping and delivery times they claim for single vision glasses, it's a lie! Unless they fix this for me, I will recommend all my friends to NOT shop with this company ever again!!!
