DO NOT BUY FROM SKINSTORE! Terrible refund policy and service
The product I purchased made me break out terribly. Most of the reputable sites will allow a refund after trying and if dissatisfied, will provide a refund (I would have even been happy with Store credit here), Dermstore, Herbal Face Food, Sephora, Ulta, etc In chatting through with a representative, they made me jump through hoops. Very detailed description, saying that I needed a Photos and a doctor or clinicians note to prove that I had a reaction. They wouldn’t even help me, said that I needed to contact the brand directly and gave me a phone number. I will NEVER buy from them again And will be sharing this experience to all of my clients, encouraging to buy from the other sites I’ve mentioned who offer a much better customer service policy
