Never again unless this is made right financially. After booking online I was called and notified that the same flights were no longer available for sale at a discounted rate. It was explained to me that the “search engine” I was using was not up to date with the most recent price. I asked them as a business to honor what was honored that I had purchased and they refused. Then, I had to book the same flight schedule through them at a $500 increase- not including insurance, or any other extras that had been included in the previous purchase. Btw- I spent an hour and 45 minutes discussing this with them to get it settled. Supervisors did not help and this business model of not honoring what is offered is terrible at its best.
