Yes, agreeing to the below comments. Exactly what has happened to me. Have been waiting for my order for weeks and have been email with them. They have been saying we will look into it then nothing progresses. Then I asked them for a refund and they said they will pass it on and they will let me know when they know more. This kind of customer service is absolutely rubbish nowadays, next to companies that ship within a day and respond in a much more professional manner. Do not order from these guys!!! I wish I read the reviews before I het myself into this unnecessary waste of time. I will egt my money back from the bank...🙏🏻
