Ordered 27 items - substituted 25 different items
Terrible - absolutely shop somewhere else! Shipping was way over 30 days and the company substituted 25 of 27 diamond paintings that were inferior quality to what I had ordered. When I asked for a refund - service told me to send back the items and they would determine if I should get a refund! NO WAY!! $200 pre-paid and the company gets the items - I don't think so. Zero stars!!!
