We have had some issues with understanding the pay slips and calculations for some of our contracts. However, Julio has been very knowledgeable and helpful in getting these resolved. It would be a little more helpful to us to have access to the billing or account department to be able to speak directly with them in the future. I really appreciate the suggestion from Julio to have a monthly meeting, I think this will help avoid some miscommunication in the future.
