I wanted to buy a $15 monthly subscription, but by mistake, I was charged for a $300 annual subscription. I reached out to cancel since I haven’t used the program and only wanted to try it. I even offered $50 as a goodwill compensation, but they never responded. Very disappointed – I do not recommend dealing with them.
