Copper Bottle very poor quality and customer service
Ordered one of the Copper Bottles initially and it was ok, so I ordered a second one as a gift for someone, and it arrived with a dent in the lid as if it had been dropped, and a strange waxy coating which is really hard to wash off. Tried to contact their customer support about it but just got fobbed off with excuses being passed to other areas, and then just no further response, they offered a paltry discount off buying another (like I am going to repeat the exercise). Long time to ship which isn't an issue for me, but the end product not being anything like the photos they show is an issue. Cannot recommend based not the product quality and the poor lack of customer service offered. They very clearly don't care once they have your money. I had a nice call from somebody just now they said they will resolve this by sending an undamaged bottle, so I will update this review accordingly if they do this.
