They did nothing for 9 months
I asked for a refunding in May 2023. Nothing happened till February 2024 ( they always told they were working on it ) and then they told me my refunding was rejected by the air company ( RyanAir ) for something not true. I knew RyanAir was not willing to refund me, that's why I asked help to Compensation Air, but they did nothing to challenge RyanAir position. Basically RyanAir's position was the flight was cancelled for a strike, but there was not any strike that day and all the other flights were not cancelled that day. Compensation Air was not of any help to contest RyanAir for 9 months, I just lost time to go with Compensair
