My husband ordered slippers for me. Arrived, too small. Sent back to the returns address which is based in UK. Sent 1st class signed for.Husband tried emailing company, which reply says you need to return to factory in China. Return Address was clearly stated as in uk. Absolutely awful service, con artists at there best. Husband has now had to go through PayPal to get refund. Avoid buying from this company as more hassle than it's worth. This company promises 100% refund. Total tosh!!
