Poor after installation service
When gate is opening it announces ‘door is opening’ and can’t be changed. Gate monitor device passwords and verification codes surrounded in secrecy to prevent logging on without calling out installation company. Hikvision advise this is standard practice. Meaning each time the monitor is dropped from the hikvision app you cannot reconnect without a call out.
