Hidden fees
Unfortunately I am having issues with this organisation since I bought my ticket for many reasons : 1- there are hidden fees to book seats. Before you buy your ticket , They give you options of package. I bought the full package which was supposed allow me to reserve my seats but once I bought it , I have been trying to reserve my seats and they come up with a story that only certain seats are included in it for reserve . For that , I needed to pay more …. HIDDEN FEES 2- then I am trying to solve this problem for the past 10 days . Their customer service is pathetic. The ladies spent hours to answer the chat , email and there is no phone for contact. VERY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE 3- then if you want to cancel due to many problems caused by them , you will need to pay a very high fee which is not viable . First and last time . I don’t recommend this company
