Singer cannot fulfil basic delivery services and fails to provide customer support
I ordered something from Singer Sri Lanka over a week ago, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When inquiring about my order through their hotline, I received inconsistent information and was given various numbers to call, none of which led to any solution. Unfortunately, even after a week, my order has not been delivered. The customer care service has been the worst I've ever encountered. When I reached out to them, they provided reasons for the delay but offered no solution or refund. It's frustrating when a company cannot fulfill basic delivery services and fails to provide adequate customer support. If they are unable to meet their commitment to home deliveries, they SHOULD NOT offering it as a service and get delivery charges from customers. Overall, my experience has been one of the most horrible services I've ever received.
