AMAZING customer service!
I applied online and was approved instantly. I really liked that it was easy and convenient to apply. I did have to call because I had questions and wanted to make sure they received my documents. The representative, Jay, was AMAZING!!! From the moment he answered he was polite and explained everything to me step by step. He even went out if his way to help with my approval amount. You can tell he is happy about working there and didn't just shrug me off. I would definitely recommend applying through Lendly! The hold is long but customer service when needed is great! Even the application process is easy and everything is transparent on their website too.
