I’ve had multiple rings from Moon Magic, but had an issue with the most recent one. A prong supporting a large stone basically fell off after only 4 months. Initially the company were unwilling to help but then reconsidered and have issued a replacement at no cost. I’m happy that I’ll get to wear the ring again as it is beautiful. I wish the company hadn’t had this initial policy of placing blame on me but I do appreciate the outcome.
