White modern wood dresser Review
I have purchased from Lifad two times. The shipping takes a long time and the instructions aren’t in English. The products look beautiful on the webpage and ok in person. If you are handy enough to put the furniture together, trouble shoot, and look past imperfections, the products could be worth checking out and worth the wait. I chose some that fit nicely against the wall in areas if my house. There are a variety in measurements of the same product so I chose what fit best. I found items that fit better than what I could find from more accessible stores. The recent item I purchased was a modern white wooden dresser, similar to IKEA Malm. For the price I paid, I felt it did not meet the quality I expected. Holes were slightly misaligned and one was missing entirely and had to be added for the assembly to be finished. It feels flimsy overall, and some drawers do not close all the way and are crooked. They scrape from the weight when it isn’t even holding that much. I appreciated the responsiveness of the customer service. They were quick to reply and provide a prompt resolution. I was given the option of a partial refund if I kept it or a full refund if I took it apart and sent it back. I decided to keep it because it would have been a lot of trouble and because it fits well in my space.
