Worst shopping experience
Worst shopping experience, I purchased a water pump and induction. It was damaged and defective and upon requesting for exchange they are asking too many questions and proofs. If I talk about defective they reply I should contact the brand for that. Seriously?? I purchased from moglix and now I. Directed to talk to brand. When contacting brand they ask us to contact moglix. Such a worst experience, and worst is that I gave a review at moglix and they have discarded my review and not displaying in their page. Ha ha ha.
