Never received my order
I ordered a sweater 23 February and I still haven’t received it. They stopped answering e-mails 19 March. After contacting them several times after that they responded kindly, however I was always the one contacting them, not them contacting me, despite the fact that my order got stuck some how. They tried to ship the sweater again but it didn´t reach me. Finally, I requested a full refund as the sweater never turned up. The money has now been refunded, beginning of June.
