The product arrived to me empty
The product arrived to me empty. Zero product inside and because I could not find their information to contact them within 30 days they said I used the product and they would not help me. I had health issues preventing me from contacting them during this time. When I was finally able to, they accused me of using the entire bottle and would not replace even though I sent a video. I explained my health issues and they replaced the item. While I have not yet been able to try the product, I do appreciate customer service making an exception.
