They legit scammed money from me, I bought an Epal but never got served. Then I open a customer ticket to get the money refunded. And guess what, they just deleted the ticket after 2 months without any refund. Nice service and nice platform. Edit: After 2 years I now see a ticket telling me I got a refund...
