It was difficult to find the model with Sim slot. I emailed them eventually finding the correct model however it arrived without a manual. Emailed again they sent a video of another model with vertical Sim slot, mine is horizontal. I emailed again asking about tis also how to eject it. Well over a 2 weeks later and still unable to use it with a Sim card I've given up. It appears I have to pay for return postage to China. My advice, forget about this company.
