They Manipulate Their Order History
I ordered a PlayStation™ Store USD10 Gift Cards (US) on 10th February 2024. My order was declined and cancelled, and I was told to wait 1 - 14 working days for my refund. On the 15th working day (1st March) after my transaction, I contacted Offgamers, as instructed in the invoice mail, for more help with my refund. I am writing this review on the 3rd of March, and I am still waiting for a response from their support to my mail and no refund. In my order history, I can't find the particular order anymore. This is dubious, not even in a cancelled history or something. If you want my review changed, do what is needed. Order ID: 38233193 Date: 10/02/2024 Invoice No: INV202402042100 Update: I got my refund in my account, as mentioned in the article shared by the correspondent from Offgamers to my review, so I'm updating my rating from 1 to 3. I am still not impressed with how my case was handled; the missing order ID in my Order History, and there was no response to the email sent to their support. Saving grace was a response to my review by their team on Trustpilot. It would be best if you guys worked more on customer relations.
