I received coloured lenses I wasn't happy with and got in touch with their support team. They helped me through the process to find a replacement for said colour. They were so understanding as it's difficult to buy products online, and it was a great experience as far as customer service goes.
The bubbi grey lenses that I ordered don't look like the photo. In my opinion, it was false advertising because in the photo shown, it looked like I could wear them as everyday contacts upon ordering, but after they arrived and I tried them on they made me look like I had dead fish eyes...I will not be wearing these everyday. And I'll be lucky to find a cosplay that they'd work with.
