Scammers
Be very careful with this company, they are scammers. They provided a tool for my car that didn’t work. They agreed to give me a refund, all sent back everything in the box as requested they first claimed that the finance department were off work and needed time to review it. The second excuse was that they were now on Chinese New Year and no one was at work. Then after that, they came up with another excuse that they can’t refund it because they can’t find the parcel. Although Royal mail had proof it had been delivered. They then stopped all contact and I’ve now lost out on £220 and I’m having to go through a small claims court to receive my money. Do not use this company. They are all Chinese and you will not get a refund or any communication.
