At first, support contacted the seller, made sure of our failure, and then they simply wrote to us that we would go to court and refused to influence the seller in any way, although one of the criteria for choosing this seller's name was a "certified dealer" from machineseeker. In conclusion, I can say that for almost a year now we have not been able to get our money back, and the dishonest seller continues to post his ads on this resource and the support service does not respond in any way. If you do not want to get into the same situation, then try to check the supplier, because the machineseeker resource itself will not help you in a difficult situation and their "certified dealer" sign does not correspond to the truth and a fraudster may be with it.
