This is so important to me, hard to find, thank you for that and please do not change that, regardless of anything. Now, the meat I have found to be very good, my two medical rescue cats (I am a proud badge of honor foster failure, lol!) and myself really enjoy it. Customer service has been spot on when I have had questions, they got back to me pretty fast. I save the cold pack's for daily use when out & about, desert must have, & box's with all shipping packing that comes in it. I felt I may need them somehow someday. I did. My power went out in parts of my house for days. Those boxes & packing kept my fridge & frozen food (mixing fridge & frozen together in the boxes, I have a stand alone freezer too) cold until I could get the issue fixed. So they are not just good for their products but their packing is a food saver if needed. Do I recommend them? You betcha! Keep up the good work guys & gals. Happy 250th!
