I began my journey with sovol in 2022 with the SV01 second hand with the support of all the YouTube 3D printer groups, I was able to get through a lot of the issues. I then purchased the sv06. What a great machine. I did a lot of modifications and upgrades and then sold it and moved to the SV07 which is now what I call my dragon slayer it prints out beautiful dragons among other things since the merge with Comgrow I now have the T300 had some issues with the nozzle. Which tech support replaced immediately? I then purchased the SV 01 pro. Had some issues with the touch screen. Tech support sent me out another one and then the hot end was giving the issues through my warranty. They send out another one and a motherboard but I have yet to put that together since I received my SV08 all I can say about it so far is WOW. Bottom line, if you communicate and supply videos of issues, the tech team and Ben will always be there for you. That's my experience. Thank you, Sovol team
