they can't manage mailing list
As a customer, I tried to unsubscribe from unwanted emails but the 'unsubscribe" button was not working and had to email them. After I sent an unsubscribe request email, they said I was subscribed but kept receiving the unwanted email. Everytime when I received an unwanted email, I emailed them to unsubscribe me and they replied they did, but actually never stopped! This is really frustrating and wasting my time. If they manage a mailing list, unsubscribing should be easy and simple.
