Purchased a wire from Amazon
Purchased a wire from Amazon. After normal use, the wire stopped working. The seller advised that I was out of their warranty, and that Syncwire has a manufacturer warranty. When I contacted Syncwire, they informed they do not offer warranties on defective products. When I asked if they do not stand behind their warranty, the rep simply kept copying and pasting the same message. Poor customer service!
