Good luck with receiving your items. In short, I never received my package, and it has been nearly 3 weeks of going back and forth with SkinStore customer service and I still don't have my items or a refund. I placed an order with SkinStore which was shipped with the courier Pandion. The order was tracked as out for delivery in a city hundreds of miles from the delivery address. The package was marked as delivered and I never received it. It's been 3 weeks of following up with SkinStore customer service and there has been no resolution. My recommendation is just shop at Sephora who has much better customer service.
