Item arrived damaged but no refund
Item arrived damaged. I contacted the customer service but since they said that they will investigate, they haven’t replied me back. They don’t have to investigate. I received leaked perfume. I want to return the item and get a full refund. Customer service is terrible. ***Update on 3/14/24*** As soon as I left review here, I received a return label on 3/6/24 and was asked to consider changing my review. No. I won’t change the review until I get the refund. It took 4 days to receive a return label. I sent back the damaged product to them next day on 3/7/24 Tracking says they have received the returned item on 3/13/24. Let’s see if they are going to send me a full refund then I will update the rate. Soon after I updated the review, I received my refund like 4 am from Red Sol Inc. I think Cosmetara is a drop ship company and main company is in overseas. You will receive an authentic item but if there is an issue, process will be slower than regular retailer so you will have an anxiety for the slow process but I did receive my refund. I recommend to do the fresh check of the item for the manufacture date. I revised it he star to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took 2 stars for receiving the defective item and slow process until I wrote the review here.
