TOTAL SCAM. STEER CLEAR
I would give this "company" ZERO if I could. It's a complete SCAM. Do NOT give these ROBBERS your money. I IMPLORE you not to go down that road. My daughter got an "error" twice when trying to complete a request for a Cambodia visa and then was suddenly charged $270. Needless to say the visa never arrived. No refund despite a million messages to what appear to be little more than bots with prepared responses. I was told that it would take up to 45 days for a refund to my daughter's bank account, even though this company don't even have her bank account details! They even had the audacity to tell us that they had processed the refund through Paypal with a fake document. My daughter doesn't even have a PayPal account! My credit card company has launched an investigation and I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities and complained to Google about their website. I'm not sure what else I can do. Either way we won't be paying.
