Sent wrong order but quick to resolve
Initially had a poor experience but the problem was sorted out! I ordered the kohi neko keyset and was sent shiro by mistake. One of my keys had a printing error. Kapco were able to send me the colourway I had actually ordered, and the quality is much better, with good alignment of each of the keys and no imperfections.
