Just use Distrokid or CDbaby instead, please
Horrible, slow customer service. I changed my plan from Rising Artist to Professional to expedite the customer service response time from 3 days to 1 day, and the request ticket still takes 3 days? I’ll be switching to Distrokid and CDBaby and not looking back.
