I will be honest, I didn't have high expectations to sending an email with no direct contact to speak about my issues. I sent them an email at night to inform them that my machine wasn't inop, i woke up the next morning to a response. then the following day, they shipped me a new machine. I received the machine 3 days after my initial complaint. I really appreciate how quickly they were to get me back up and running
