I've been using a NIU scooter for a year now, and despite some minor issues, the scooter itself is good. However, the company's service has been consistently poor. The individuals at the service center lack sense and don't prioritize customer care, tarnishing the company's image. I strongly advise people to reconsider before making a purchase due to the unsatisfactory service. I completely disagree with the level of service provided.
