AI determines everything
While the process to apply for a loan is streamlined, it often takes considerable time compared to alternative companies’ offering loans to government employees. It is very challenging to reach a human being, and when I do it is a Filipino that provides no answers beyond what the AI chat bot provides. This is because the loan process is determined by AI. Thus, to share, I’ve not been able to refinance in 6 months and I’ve made on time payments through salary allotment. I don’t need some PR rep to comment here explaining that AI makes this decision from a myriad of factors, so please don’t respond saying the same thing I just wrote. My point in mentioning is for others to beware that you may be stuck with a loan that you can’t refinance if any further emergency comes up down the road. Overall, I would recommend other companies (ex: bmg money, kashable, etc).
