[#Ref: 25746258] Mapula rendered absolutely excellent service to me. She advised me on my insurance plan for my pets and recommended that I take the Pet Med Booster. She explained that with the Pet Med Booster, the Excess Buster would no longer be necessary, as the booster would cover both. This was something that had not been explained to me previously — I could have had this included in my premium and had my dogs covered in this way from the beginning. I really appreciated that she gave me clear, helpful advice.
