Customer Service responded quickly
The customer service team (VN) responded quickly and were very courteous in their response. I was very pleased with the response time and the fact that they would restart my subscription if I wanted. No hard sell to try and get me to change my mind. Love the products, quantity and quality is also good. Unfortunately, these days budgets are tight. Luckily I still have an ample supply to last several months.
