Full of nonsense
It used to be good, convenient & responsive. But lately because of their incompetency on system migration, they were unresponsive despite app live chat & emails. I have decided enough is enough & would like to terminate my premium subscription but was told they can't due to migration in progress. I felt like being held ransom. Subscription fast & simple. Termination slow & complex.
