Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I ordered their product for my wife’s birthday. Got it mailed to BC in canada. Was assured that it would reach here on time. No package arrived . What I received was an envelope saying the package was damaged. They mentioned that they will Re mail it . Told them to mail it to Seattle so that I shall drive 2 hrs to pick it up . They assured me that it would be express mail. Neither the product is mailed neither someone reaches out . I am told that the issue is expedited. Product may be good I have not tried it but not at all professional how things are being handled.
