Customer care is definitely 1 star...
My phone number was listed on another order... DHL woke me up multiple times wanting payment for another order that I didn't place. Someone didn't get their order! I tried to email the representative listed on my order to let her know what was going on but I was ignored. The product I ordered was 5 stars but customer care is definitely 1 star!
