Poor customer service
Poor customer service experience in Ion orchard SG retail Shop, even w an automated queue system, the sales assistants are lazy to assist in size changes when the max pieces in fitting room is 6. I only had 5 pieces where 2 pieces are same design w varied sizes. I had tried on the smaller one among the 2 and immediately I know the counter sales assistant who recommended the size chart was not knowledgeable to provide an accurate size recommendation . No.28 - 34 labels was no way to tell which is L to me. The lady who assist insist I take another new queue ticket and they will not help to change the next piece to the correct size for me to try on. They had insist w a very bad tone despite I had explained the situation. If this is the case where there is queue outside, there is no point to ask if you are gold member or standard members queue. The service is so bad that I will no longer patron them in future.
