Ignores emails, dull stone, ugly setting
UPDATE: After posting my review on this site, a customer service rep reached out and provided return instructions. They also gave me the option of a 5% discount which I accepted, and they did refund. Original 1 star review: The pictures online did not provide a side view of the bezel oval ring. The ring is very ugly and has a high profile so it snags easily. The moissanite is more of a dull grey color rather than the bright white it shows in the pictures. Customer Service reached out after my poor review asking how they can improve the experience, but then has ignored my follow-up emails. What concerns me is that it is impossible to return an item because customer service ignores emails and fails to provide directions. They also have failed to follow through with their offers. They said they can provide an additional 15% discount but I have yet to see this happen because they continue to ignore my emails.
