Item received is defective
Item received is defective. Size is correct and is beautiful. I have asked to exchange it for non-defective item. Instead am offered the same "up to $7 refund" and keep the defective shirt or to pay to ship it China for full refund. I want the shirt but will not keep the defective shirt nor pay more to ship it to China. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
