⚠️ Long delays in dispatch ⚠️
I placed my order on 20th February (items for St. Patrick's Day) received an order confirmation email but no dispatch or delivery estimate date! On 1st March I chased the order and again on 5th March to be told my order was still not dispatched and even when it was it would take upto 10 days for delivery so I knew I wouldn't get my order in time so I requested to cancel. After sending them 5 emails they finally acknowledged my order was cancelled on 15th March and issued a full refund very quickly but this has to be the worst online order I have ever placed. Why does dispatch take so long?? I will never order from here again.....very disappointed 😫
