I redeemed for 100$ on the 15th of July. Since I have reached to the winzone as I have received no redemption and no one is able to find the money. My bank never received the deposit and the winzone says they honored the request, however when I checked pending redemptions through the slots site there is no record of the redemption, and I have had a tough time trying to get assistance that doesn't off generic responses. It is comforting to see such great reviews here, but the funds haven't even been returned to mywinzone balance. Money doesn't just disappear. Such a small amount but still I won it and would like to receive it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
